Shadow with Esther 

Esther is the successful owner of 937 Salon and Spa for 5 years, educator, and hairstylist for over 12 years. She works behind the chair every week  with clients booked out for 2-4 months and coaches her team quarterly. She works with guests with every texture, density and color and has received training in all hair types year after year. She works with curly/textured hair, handtied extensions, razor cutting, textured cuts, customized color based off of skin tones, texture and lifestyle, short haircuts and more. She is so passionate about watching beauty professionals succeed and flourish in this industry. During shadowing, you are able to ask questions related to hair, business, marketing, photography, pricing, building clientele, formulating, product lines and anything else you'd like to grow in.  There are 3 different shadowing packages to choose from with customization to your needs in each session:

Package 1 :

$500

(4 hours) 1 on 1 hands on training on either a model or mannequin (not provided) and choice of color or cutting, including styling techniques, pricing, building a clientele, post work photography, and anything that comes up you'd like to grow in! This includes a 1 hour sit down to make sure you get the most from your day with her.

Package 2:

$350

(4 hours) Shadow Esther in a traditional work day, interacting with guests and breaking down her methods, working with all hair types, formulating, business tips, photography, pricing, building a clientele, styling, and product knowledge. This includes a 1 hour sit down to make sure you get the most from your day with her. 

 

Package 3: 

$200

(2.5 hours) Shadow Esther as she works on a guest or mannequin for a haircut and have a 1 hour sit down to ask questions about business, pricing, hair, building a clientele, marketing, and anything else you're looking to grow in.
