The entire 937 staff has collectively agreed upon these policies:
It is a good rule to schedule any service in advance and confirm each appointment with your preferred credit card through our scheduling system. Do not hesitate to call us at any time in the event we might have an opening due to a cancellation. If you are late for your service, it may be necessary to shorten, charge extra time, or reschedule your service. We require a credit card number on file and a $50.00 deposit to secure your request for any of our services over $200. We are an "experience salon" so please take note not to expect to be in and out. We value every guest experience and that cannot be rushed. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your service, you will be able to have a "redo" with your original service provider at no charge if it was due to a mistake made by the service provider or a product malfunction. Redos must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. If you would like to see a different service provider it would be at the customers expense. We cannot guarantee the the life of a color service or extensions without the purchase of a stylists product recommendation. We have a strict no refund policy on services performed and we do not accept returns on products or extension hair. We reserve the right to terminate/refuse service to clients who abuse our staff, don't respect our policies, or are disrespectful to our receptionists. Our team works diligently to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and we ask guests to do the same.
Appointments over an hour require 48 hour advance notice for rescheduling or cancellations, voicemails may be left for cancellation or reschedueling notices, or we must charge you 50% of the services requested and that will be added onto your next service with 937, charged to the card on file, or deducted from the amount from your Gift Certificate. No shows will be charged 100% of service cost. 3 "no shows" results in termination of any future services with 937 Salon and Spa. Please do not request special consideration. We value our Artists time and we ask you do the same.
